Hey guys, I know I told you about when the movie comes out and now I'm going to tell you about the book, Percy Jackson and the Olympians-The Lightning Thief. Well, this book is part of a series, the Percy Jackson Series and this series is by: Rick Riordan. I think this other is a really good writer. I don't really know if he wrote any other books then this series, but you could always check if he did if you want. But anyway I would say he has a great life of author writing. I know a lot of people who read Percy Jackson and a lot of people who are starting to read it. Which all of them loved the books. And I would think you would too, so if you want, go out and buy the first book, or even the whole series, that would be awesome. I incourage you too read and this series is a good series to start your reading. Ok, if you want to know what the first book is about in this series, keep reading, if not well....your missing out. The main character of this book is...it's abvious, Percy Jackson. He is about to be kicked out of another boarding school, but that's not all. He seems to be getting attacked. But by who...or what? MONSTERS is what he is getting attacked by....but why? Well, Percy isn't a regular boy, he is a half-blood. You ask what's a half-blood, well, a half-blood is a kid/person who is half-human, half-god. One of your parents would be a god and your other parent would be a human. Some humans can see threw the mist and know what people really are, but most can't. Percy finds out what he is and is sent.....no, really is damanded to go to Half Blood Hill. Half Blood Hill is a camp for people like him.
Zues though is mad. Really mad. Someone stole his Lightning Bolt and Percy has to go on a trip to find it. But will he catch the thief or will there be a betrayal that he thought was his friend, a good person.
Sorry I couldn't really write anymore, but don't want to give away the ending, so if you want to know what will happen read the book cause I won't tell you. Read it and maybe you'll figure out that you like the book and like reading. Hey, don't roll your eyes, I know you are. Don't judge a book by it's cover and that goes with people too.
